Sustainable Cotton

When you think Agriculture, Don’t think Food.
When you think Agriculture, think SOIL!
Conventional cotton farming relies so much on toxic pesticides and insecticides for a good harvest. But in the end, it degenerates the soil to a irretrievable status as far soil health and fertility is concerned, resulting into health damaging food and low quality fibre.
That’s why we support regenerative agriculture and produce organic, sustainable cotton by following regenagri methods. This includes regenerative agriculture techniques like composting and cover cropping, which strengthen the soil by diversifying microbial populations; no/low till farming, which increases the soil fertility by sequestering carbon and maintaining the quality of organic matter in soil; and crop rotation, which helps control weeds and prevent erosion.
